My first beads and a new challenge

My first beads and a new challenge

Really pleased with my beads, I used a pearlescent paper which I had sprayed with different coloured inks. It was actually offcuts from pieces I had used for some cards I am making so I was pleased to find a use. The only thing I forgot when admiring the finish, which reminds me of titanium jewellery, is that I have to varnish them to make them more durable. However I think I may have some pearlescent medium hidden away which may do the job.

I have ordered some findings so once those come I will be busy having a play working out how to assemble them.

Just thinking that if successful I will be something of a one stop selling jewellery plus gift boxes to put it in and greetings cards to complete the gift.

Watch this space as they say!
