Growing And Learning as a crafter

Growing And Learning as a crafter

As I begin my second year of crafting and develop my skills I am excited what 2024 will bring

"Really beautiful bag, great attention to detail, unique stylish great quality"Last year was really busy getting out and about was great, I always nervous if my products are good enough will anyone buy! but I have had a really positive year, I attend a number of Artisan Markets , but also had the opportunity to support local events such as children in need, local church and local village institute, more recently got involved with a local retirement village, not only selling but have the opportunity to set up sewing workshops for the residents.
I continue to have a facebook page Drk.Creations and instagram Drk.creations and have seen interest in my products grow with a number of commissioned pieces a recent one being asked to make the pew cushions for the local church, as well as the odd curtains made. I already have bookings for 2024 so looking forward to a busy year.

So pleased I took the decision to focus on my passion my work life balance is great and I have met some great crafter people who are all willing to share tips and ideas. Onwards and Upwards
