Another day

Writing my first ever blog wasnt as scary as I thought so here goes another. Today I am making 1/12th scale jam tarts for a jam making table . When making miniature food I try as much as possible to replicate how I would go about it when baking real food then just reduce the size. Thats the theory , not quite that simple . But who doesnt like a challenge.
Not long to go now before our first craft fair on March 14th at Lymington . Trying really hard to make enough stock to put on a good display so better get on with those jam tarts.
