Organising Craft and Clock Fairs

I am just starting to organise Craft Fairs to complement the Clock Fairs I already run. It became obvious that most of the people who attended the Clock and Watch Fairs were men whilst most people who attend Craft Fairs appear to be women and I though holding a Craft Fair at the same venue might encourage some of the partners male or female to come along and make a day of it.

Generally do you think I am right about the type of people that attend these fairs? If so, how do you attract more men to your craft fairs.?
