First fair

First fair

Well, our first craft fair was yesterday Sunday 25th February.

It was the first one for the area of Hurworth and the first one I have ever organised. So to say I was stressed would be an understatement!

We had 2 vendors who didnt show due to illness, I took one of the stalls with my crocheted goods, but it did leave an empty stall. Which was a shame.

The footfall could have been better, but on saying that, I must have got something right, as I think most of the people that came though the door bought something, so they liked what they saw and that in turn keeps the stall holders happy too.

For a first one, I am happy with how it went and I look forward to the next one. It is something good to build on and I hope the customers will go away and tell others that it is a fair worth visiting.

There are only a few hitches to iron out for next time. But they are minor and easy to sort,

On wards and upwards
