VEGETABLE CLASSIFICATION WEEK 2

Last week I gave you some information about VEGETABLE TYPES, what family they belonged to and if they grew ABOVE or BELOW the ground...Here are some more VEGETABLE types.

POTATOES are part of the TUBER family and they grow UNDER the ground.

JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE are also part of the TUBER family and grow UNDER the ground.

BROCCOLI are part of the FLOWER family and grow ABOVE the ground.

CAULIFLOWER are also part of the FLOWER family and grow ABOVE the ground.
