Sea and sky felted picture


I have felted this design using a mixture of different fleece. Merino, silk, alpaca. Wet felted using layers to build up images. Inspired by a scene in Barmouth, Wales. Embellished with metallic thread. This piece will form part of a display by International Felt Makers Region 9 to be held at the N.E.C.Birmingham Knit and stitch and sew Hobby craft exhibition, 16th -19th March 2017.
