17th November 2016 Shibden Hall

Good Morning.
Sorry its been a while since I posted. Although the exhibition was good and I always enjoy taking part we had very few actual customers and it was very disappointing from a personal point of view.
I lost my mojo for a week or so but with another craft fair this weekend I have got some of it back.
No shortage of ideas but very reluctant to start making anything without more sales.
I have lots of interest and some lovely comments but that is as far as it goes. I still have not found my ideal market but keep trying.
This weekend I will be at the Shibden Hall Christmas Craft Fair which is a lovely old house and grounds in Halifax, West Yorkshire. The fair will have a variety of crafts as well as food and will be spread throughout the rooms of the house and the barn. If fine there may also be stalls in the courtyard. If you are coming along, you can find me in the Oak room. There is an admission fee but well worth it and if any of you have stalls why not come along and introduce yourselves.
I will be on holiday for a few days after the weekend and feel I need a break but I will be taking my tools with me so hopefully I may get some work started.
Having tried a few new ideas recently, my love is still for trees and that is where I find most inspiration.
I am open to ideas though so if any of you have something you would like me to try or ideas for improving my sales, please do get in touch.
