A mug of instant sunshine and emotional well-being… well, you know what we mean. A cheerful array of brightly colours motifs flutter across the surface of this design, mixing 1960s lovelies with the ubiquitous symbol of hippiedom – the gerbera. Each motif is carefully applied by hand. The first firing secures the initial designs and a second collection is added for a second firing which then blends subtly with the first thus creating interesting overlapping coloured patterns not possible using a single firing. Kiln temperatures can be varied to increase or decrease the intensity and mix of colours. Each item is unique - no two are EVER the same.
