This is a striking little ceramic stoneware pinch pot.
It could be used to serve food olives or marinaded chilis, for storing rings by the sink, holding cuff links or jewellery, or perhaps to display on a mantelpiece.
Stoneware is harder wearing than raku as its fired to a higher temperature for longer. The clay becomes more vitrified and makes a stronger bond with the glaze.

Glazes: Real Orange 384 velvet underglaze, Golden Yellow 10 velvet underglaze, Carbon Black, and Chuntenmoku.
