Textile Collage Scissor Case

This unique scissor case is constructed from hand made fabric, using a technique that combines random threads and fabric scraps

The base fabric for this Scissor Case was random dyed, then enhanced using all sorts of threads, fabric scraps, silk and organza. The final stage involved stabilising the whole newly formed fabric collage using free machine stitching. The resulting fabric was then made into a delightful Scissor Organiser.

This was designed as a present for a friend, who was absolutely delighted with her gift.
