RICH FRUIT CAKE
TJAMS RICH AND MOIST FRUIT CAKEOur very rich and very moist Fruit Cake is at the top of our shop. Filled with lots of dried fruit, black treacle and our own orange marmalade. Once baked off we feed weekly with brandy to produce a moist texture which stays locked in when covered in layers of marzipan and fondant icing.
This cake is a must for Christmas time, Birthdays, Mothers Day, Anniversary and just about any special day.
