Fabric covered sewing box

Padded and lined luxury sewing box with pocket and pincushion

By popular demand! Im delighted to introduce this lovely sewing box design to my portfolio.
I have designed it to be a useful yet compact size to hold your basic sewing kit and bits and bobs. I have included an integral elasticated pocket - so useful for containing those little odds and ends - and a fixed pin cushion.

This lovely sewing box box measures 8.25 inches (21 cm) wide by 6.25 inches (16 cm) deep by 4 inches (10 cm) high.

I have covered the outside of this sewing box with a lovely cotton fabric with an all over thimble print design in tones of gold, blue and pink on a beige linen effect background. All surfaces of this box, apart from the base, have been padded to provide that extra luxurious touch. I have handmade a gold coloured silky tassel which when lifted raises the box lid to reveal the softly padded and lined interior. I have covered the interior surfaces with a complementary cotton fabric in a deep pink colour with an abstract stripy pattern.

The box may be spot cleaned with a barely damp cloth.
I created this box in a smoke free and pet free environment.
