UH Christmas Fair hand embroidered pendants

How many stitches make up a mini embroidered picture? I never tried to count them!

It does take a considerable amount of time to create a mini hand embroidered pendant. Just as much love and care goes into as goes into one of my larger embroidered pieces. Its lovely to be at a craft market and stitch between serving customers. Then people can see the work and craft that goes into making an embroidered design. And it also provides a good chance to explain to people about the different stitches that I use and the threads. People love to see crafters at work. It gives them a new appreciation for the words hand made with love.
