Unique paper mache and textile Quirky Turkey

Quirky Turkey hand made sculpture, paper mache body and textile head. A Turkey is for life not just for Christmas!

Having recently been making a range of alternative Christmas decor I was inspired to make the Quirky Turkey. Having a degree in ceramics means I am very comfortable creating in 3d. I recently learned how to sew, having not done any textiles since college. I love the contrast between the hard texture of the paper mache body and the soft texture of the felt head. This piece reflects my own quirky nature.
