Devon coastal pathway painting
This is a beautiful painting of the coast near Plymouth. It is painted in acrylic on canvasI painted this from my own photo at my local painting group Winslow and District art society this summer. I suggest the rugged coastline with the waves that rip past when it is windy. The day I was there, it was quite sunny, so you get the colour from the gorse showing and the white froth of the sea against the rocks below. The picture is landscape measuring 56cm wide x 45cm high and 2cm deep. It is a refreshing view of the sea and is unframed with the sides of the canvas painted so you dont need to do anything to it , unless you want to !
