Majestic Eagle Owl

Hand drawn using highly lightfast pencils to create realism and maintain vibrancy.

Here I have used layers of colour to create texture and realism. I was inspired by an image I came across on Pixabay and had to draw this beautiful, stunning bird. The black pastel mat adds to the dramatic effect and suggests a nighttime glare of the hunting Eagle Owl. This piece was a pleasure to draw and the finished drawing is a unique and one off original with no prints or copies having been made.
