Traditional End Grain Butchers Blocks

Our Butchers Blocks are made in the traditional way from solid Beech or Iroko wood segments, set together in an end grain orientation. This type of board is preferred by professional chefs as it preserves the sharpness of the knives.

The picture shows a board made from Beech which is the time honoured favourite material for Butchers blocks. As an alternative, we also produce the blocks in Iroko which gives a lovely rich brown coloured block.

We can manufacture this type of board from other hardwoods or combinations of hardwood and in custom sizes if customers prefer.

We do not use single use plastic during the production or sale of this item.
