Handcrafted and decorated resin garden mermaid

Enchanting resin mermaid creation, accented in sea green, perfect for the garden

This mermaid was chosen for her beautiful face, and I wanted to create a piece that reflected my love of my local beach in Shoreham. I used deep pour resin and waited patiently for the longer curing time inherent with using this type of resin, specially for structures over 10cm. I then added the final touches with bespoke marine themed decorations and permanent colour to enhance her flowing hair and features. At every stage of creation, my lady mermaid gave me great pleasure , particularly as I knew she could.find herself beside a pond , sea, flowing water , or even captured in the undergrowth of a wild garden
