my plan for this painting was to create a feeling that depicts autumn, which in turn came down to the feeling of warmth.
I hoped to capture this by trying to paint the cosy and inviting feeling the idea of warmth gives off. through the use of vibrant and rich colours like red, oranges and yellows. to try and make these colours create a sense of heat, energy and comfort. additionally, I used tech quines like soft brushstrokes or warm lighting to enhance the overall warmth of the painting.
this ended up being one of my new favourites for its simplicity but also its richness.
