Morning walk with my daughter...
Taking a stroll in nature is meditative and calming. As simple as observing a leaf fall or feeling the breeze on your face, it can take our mind off our troubles and is instrumental to cultivate mindfulness. If we take a walk in the morning, it would help start our day with tranquility and clarity in the mind. But doing so daily or regularly requires mental strength and persistence.
