Large saggar charger

Large saggar fired charger, impressed pattern and lacquered

This is a hand made charger, fired in a saggar with oxides and organic materials. The pattern on the front is from sprigs of rosemary and silk pressed into the clay.
The pattern on the underside is made with a single stamp repeated to form a basket weave affect.
To protect the surface Ive given it a coating of clear lacquer to enhance the colours and patterns.

We do not use single use plastic during the production or sale of this item.
