Directions:

For Scalp massage: twist the nozzle and apply directly to scalp. Massage gently with fingertips. No need to rinse out. Use twice a week.

For Hot oil treatment: heat up desired amount in heat resistant bowl and once cooled, apply to your hair from root to tip. Gently massage. Cover with a shower cap. Leave for 30 minutes to an hour, or you can sit under a steamer for 20 minutes. Rinse out and shampoo as normal.
