Nappy Cake for a Baby Boy

The cake contains Pampers nappies, hat, knitted booties, 2 pairs of socks, scratch mittens, 2 bibs, brush and comb set and a plush toy, along with decorative flowers, cellophane gift wrapping and ribbons. This cake is made solidly from nappies (not a hollow cardboard tube as is often the case with nappy cakes) and is handmade by myself.
