Handcrafted Clay and Multimedia Summer Country Thatched Cottage Village Scene (Made to Order))Made to Order product please allow 3 weeks for me to make and ship this. This would make a perfect unique gift for someone special. I had fun making this Clay and multimedia Summer sample version of a Country Village. I imagined it with Old style Village Cottages that had thatched rooves. Along with an old Water Mill so decided to make that along with a water area and a stream with a lovely old stone bridge across it. I then added some plastic Summer season trees, and a couple old fashioned street lamps. Acrylic paints and acrylic gloss varnish were used to decorate and finish this. The handmade clay cottages are hollow as I wanted to add lights inside them to be lit up giving a lovely effect. I decided to use warm white lights for this purpose (Battery operated warm white mini fairy lights are incorporated into this ornament) Because this is made to order. I can change the design to just how you want it whether you want thatched rooves or tiles, and whatever colours you would like the cottages to be painted I can do. I can add other features, and if you would like a name added I can incorporate an area into the design adding a name for you, anything is possible really. As this has battery operated mini fairy lights even though the casing has screws to keep shut, this product is not suitable for young children just to be safe.
