A robust keyring with brass fittings, made to last
This is a beautifully solid, handmade keyring that will last for years and age gracefully over time. It is made from English harness leather from Britain’s only remaining oak bark tannery. Oak bark tanning is an ancient process that uses local hides and natural products to produce leather in a sustainable way resulting in one of the strongest and best quality leathers in the world.
This keyring is made from a single piece of leather folded over and secured with a brass ‘Chicago Screw’. It comes with one 3cm wide brass keyring and two small 2cm wide keyrings so that you can bring some order to your keys. The edges of the leather are slightly burnished just to tidy them up but it still has a rustic and chunky feel. It fits in the hand perfectly and is a good size to fit in a pocket yet big enough not to hide at the bottom of a handbag!
Each keyring is unique and may include natural marks and creases. Your keyring will age naturally over time, becoming darker and more supple the more you use it. All the metal work is solid brass and made in the UK.
The keyring is approximately 9cm long including keyring, the leather fob is about 2cm wide and 1.5cm deep at its thickest point.
Your keyring will be wrapped in recycled and recyclable tissue paper and sent in a plastic free and recyclable cardboard envelope to ensure it arrives in tip top condition.
We do not use single use plastic during the production
of this item.
