Vetiver and Rose Geranium Soap has been made using the traditional cold process method of soap making. We use the finest ingredients and continue to work with UK suppliers with a focus on animal friendly products and on sustainability. We purchase organic when possible and ensure we use natural skin and gentle nourishing oils in our soaps.

Deep hydrating Cocobutter is one of our skin softening oils used in our Vetiver and Rose Geranium Soap. Cocobutter is high in fatty acids hence hydrating the skin deeply. Cocobutter is high in antioxidants to help fight off free-radical damage, which can cause the skin to age, encourage dark patches and leaving us with dull skin.

Pink Clay has been added to this soap. Pink Clay may help to regenerate skin tissue and may encourage cell renewal and may improve circulation of the skin.

Vetiver Essential oil (vetiveria zizanoides) is another oil which is beneficial to our skin. My research has shown it is useful for acne. Vetiver is known as the oil of tranquility. It is a very deep aroma yet works in perfect harmony with Rose Geraniums relaxing calming and elegant aroma.

Rose Geranium (pelargonium graveolens) according to my research, is a soothing and antimicrobial topical agent that may help treat acne. The aroma from this oil, I find to be very calming and balancing.

Each bar is handcrafted and blended with Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, CocoButter, Avocado Oil and Castor Oil.

All of our recipes (for salt and soap) have gone through an approval process by a UK certified chemist meaning that we are aligned to the relevant UK legislation.

Our soaps are handmade, therefore please be aware that unlike commercial soaps, our soap does not contain hardening agents. To ensure you get the most out of your soap please don’t let it sit in water but use a soap tray to drain the water away and let your soap breathe.

Our soaps are made in small batches, therefore please expect slight variations in colour from the photographs which may occur.

Our packaging is plastic free, 100 percent recyclable and reusable. The muslin soap bag is reusable and hand washable to use as you wish. Our soaps are palm oil free, paraben free, SLS (sodium lauryl sulphate) free, sulphate free and plant based, just natural nourishing oils your skin will love. We do not recommend our soaps to be used by children under the age of 3 years.
