The wooden log heart made of over 100 wooden slices in this rustic/modern box frame , hand placed to give a 3d effect. Each logs colour and shape are slightly different, variety thicknesses - this creates a sculptural and tactile surface that casts interesting shadows. Each slice is sandpapered by hand to smooth the surface of them.
The wooden heart is treated with teak oil which gives protection and warm look for the wood.

There is a handwriting text, acrylic painted letters which can be customised to your own words or I can make it without text also.

There is a small wooden clip fixed to heart, easily can place a picture there if you like. The heart size is fit for a 15cm x 10cm photo. The box frame size is 26cm x26xm, depth 6cm.

The box stands up or it could be hung on the wall also. The frame has an acrylic perspex cover (not glass).
