The sections of the shell are cut on a scroll saw from a pre prepared wedge then glued in pairs and sanded, then pairs again and sanded till there are 3 block more sanding and final assembly finish sanding and 3 coats of Danish oil.

We do not use single use plastic during the production or sale of this item.
