(48 pages refers to the number of individual pages, like a book! The first of the inner pages is page 1, the back of this page is page 2 and so on.)

The cover weight is 300gsm on recycled board - for a premium recycled textured finish.

The interior pages of the notebook weigh 90gsm on white lined paper.
