About the chakra system:
Seven chakras in the human body are a part of a connected system of seven major and numerous minor energy transforming centres. These centres have a conical shape and are located in our energy body. The main seven chakras are aligned along the spine from the base of the spine to the top of the head.
Clearing and opening these energy centres is referred to as chakra balancing or chakra healing. This process can lead to a profound transformation of our emotional, physical, and spiritual state.

Root Chakra - The root chakra is at the base and the root of the entire chakra system.
