Luxury wood and resin coaster

Tree ring coaster with translucent shimmering blue resin. Approx size 11.5cm x 11.5cm x 1.5cm

Large coaster made from tree ring slices glued to a hardwood ply backing, framed and then filled with epoxy resin coloured with dyes. Sanded to a uniform smooth surface, wood sealed with Danish oil, before a final polish. Backed with black felt to protect surfaces. At home hung on a wall, or on your desk with a coffee on it.
