Deep square bowl

Square bowl in black, white and red. Approximate size 17cm x 17cm x 8cm.

A deep elegant bowl suitable for sweets or nibbles. It could also be used as a fruit bowl.
Strips of black, white and iridised red glass were arranged around a streaky glass made from black and clear glass. A cap of clear glass was added and then fired in a kiln to fuse all the glass together. The piece was cold worked with a grinder and diamond hand pads to remove any uneven edges before re-firing in a kiln in a mould to give the final shape. This bowl has been fully annealed and is food safe.


We do not use single use plastic in the production of this item.
