A nursery is a special place for our children, for it’s a place decorated based on their personality and what they like the most.

Nevaeh is a little girl who loves ballet and I wanted to make something special for her, something that she’d love.

The one in the photos is the little artwork I created for her room.

It is hand stitched in every detail.
The ballerina, which is roughly 12cm tall and 10cm wide, sits on a circle which measures 23cm x 23cm.
The name is stitched in a contrastive colour and details are added at the end with fabric paint.

The glittery stars are lacquered with nail polish.

A piece of ribbon is sewn at the top to aid hanging.
