Know what you eat. Know how you feel.
A meal diary, mood tracker, and ingredient scanner that helps you understand the connection between what you eat and how you feel.
Healthy Eater helps you take a closer look at your food - not to count calories, but to understand what's really in it and how it affects the way you feel.
Log meals with photos, ingredients, and notes. Scan any food label and instantly get a NOVA ultra-processed food rating with a full ingredient breakdown. Track your mood alongside your meals and, over time, uncover patterns you might not notice day to day.
Set an eating window for intermittent fasting and see how your meals line up on a visual daily timeline. Flag specific ingredients you want to avoid, and the scanner will highlight them automatically.

The app helps you to understand the three main ways to earn - Active, Scalable and Passive - and the ability to record how you are currently earning. Couple this with the ability to list your current outgoings and the app can calculate your freedom number
Once you know your freedom number you have a target. Although your target may ajust over time hitting the number can dramatically improve your ability to cope when inevitable changes come your way or help give you the freedom to choose.
Record your income types, just by doing this it quickly shows you where your focus has been.

Pull together your current outgoings from your bills account - if you don't do it already having all your bill coming out of one account can help you simplify your life - also consider getting them to come out at the same time. Being organised can really help.
Passive income can be thought of as the Gold Standard of income types because it just keeps working for you. 100% passive incomes are things like, premium bonds, income bonds, savings interest - low risk relatively low percentages but require upfront time and capital.
Being free from a monthly mortgage payment is a dream that many people feel is unattainable. However, if that is your dream, it might be possible with a little additional focus.
Like many forms of debt a mortgage can be an emotional issue rather than just a mathematical problem. So the app like with the debt freedom app, doesn't really focus on the amount of interest but on the capital.
It is the capital that needs to be cleared to become mortgage free.
Overpayments, are what they sound like. Paying a bit more off the capital which will save you money on future interest payment.
Most lenders limit the maximum overpayment for the year by a percentage of the capital owed at the begining of the current period, often 10%.
Being debt free can really improve your life. Not having the weight and pressure of debt for many is a real release of pressure.
There may be times when you have no option other than to use credit and it can be useful. However, over relying on credit can be a slippery slope, interest can be high and charges may become overwhelming.
When credit is easily available, it can be tempting to spend more than we otherwise would. Some research suggests that using a credit card may increase spending by around 10–20%. For example, you might choose a more expensive kettle simply because the credit is available.
By contrast, when paying with cash - or working within a fixed budget - you’re often more aware of how much you’re spending. This can encourage you to compare options more carefully and think more critically about what represents good value for you.
People have a lot of feelings about money. They are embarrassed by debt, dont like talking about how much they earn or the cost of living. Not understanding how things work and feeling bad when you just dont get it.
When in a spiral this can be hard but there will always come a time when the credit runs out and you have no choose. Getting out of debt can save you a lot of money, that could be better used.
