“Professional textiles teacher and artists with many years experience of making quality textile products.”

From my workshop in the Cotswold, I design and make a range of textile products from home furnishings to accessories.

I am a professional Textiles/Art Teacher and Head of Subject in a large secondary school, with a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design and an MA in Design and Technology Education. Inspired and encouraged by my grandmother as a young child, I cant remember a time when I didnt have the urge to create whether by making my own clothes or discovering a new craft. I am always on the look out for discarded, unwanted or good quality recycled materials and cannot bear to see beautiful fabrics and other items thrown away unnecessarily. I consider them to be an opportunity and make no excuses for being a fabric hoarder! I run a stall at local Farmers and Crafts Markets, and occasionally run sewing courses for adults, either in groups or privately on a 1 to 1 basis at their own home. I really enjoy making original items for other people and will take commissions for any product, whatever the challenge.

I have a wide range of products for sale but I am also very happy to discuss personal commissions for all products, especially if you have a particular fabric or colour in mind. Please visit my Website, Facebook, Etsy page, or Handmade on Amazon for further details, to buy a product, or to discuss a request for a commission.
