I am an Independent Weight Loss Consultant looking to assist people in losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle.
I offer one-to-one support to create a personalised weight-loss plan that suits your lifestyle. I offer a number of nutritionally balanced programmes ranging from 450kcal to 1500+kcal per day, and each programme incorporates at least one of our delicious tasting low-calorie diet products.
As a Consultant, I explain the Cambridge Weight Plan Steps plan including the four stages of each weight loss programme preparation, weight loss, stabilisation and long-term weight management. After discussing the clients personal circumstances, I then will recommend an appropriate Step for my client to start on.
