Amaze3D UK are a Polaroid 3D Premier dealer. amaze3d was launched early in 2017 and we are a 3D Printer, 3D Pen, Filaments, Scales, Adhesives and related consumables of all kind. We are passionate ablut all things 3D Printed. As far as we know the UK Craft community has not yet been introduced to 3D Printing with either machines or by hand with a 3D Pen. We have attended a few shows and fairs and our reception has been fantastic. Most people have said that something new in the Crafting world is welcome and after initial amazement at how easy both Printing is and how simple the Pen is to use they have been eager to try these out. For a very moderate cost you too can be up and running with a 3D Pen allowing you to produce fantastic models and artwork. The 3D Pen can also be used tp produce items to embelish your existing work and work alongside your talents. We do not beleive that 3D Printing will replace any of the wonderful crafts in existence today, we do hope to sit alongside and to introduce a new aspect to the Crafting Community.
The Polaroid Play 3D Pen extrudes a molten type of plastic called PLA (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polylactic_acid) filament from a reel. PLA is completely biodegradable and safe to use. The pens tip gets hot so we advise care to be used and we have been forced to put a 14+ age advice on its sale. However it is easy and safe to use, come and have a go at one of our stalls for a demo and a go yourself. The make fantastic presents for talented crafters or people who love to create.
