We started Dandelion silver around two years ago from the spare room if our house located in the Derbyshire Peak District. It wasnt long before we out grew that space and had a purpose built workshop built in the garden. From there we design and make stunning pieces of jewellery crafted from antique and vintage solid sterling silver cutlery. Unlike many similar businesses who use silver plated cutlery, we decided from the beginning that we would only work with British hallmarked sterling silver, known throughout the world for its value and brilliance, so you can be assured that should you decide to buy anything from us you are buying a quality piece of history.

We see what we do as the ultimate in re-cycling, taking unwanted and unused cutlery that is often left in the back of a draw gathering dust and giving it a new lease of life as a beautiful piece of wearable jewellery.

Although most of our sales are generated via our on-line store we love to get out the workshop and display at many of the makers markets around the area and meet the people who buy from us, many of them being valued repeat customers.
