Alksuna Designs creates hancrafted jewellery for individuals.

My ready to wear designs are mainly made from silver plate, gold plate and copper but I also use sterling silver and fine silver and will make pieces to order. I am currently working on a collection of sterling silver pendants and earrings incorporating semi-precious stones and enamel with the metal.

I particularly enjoy working on commission pieces for special occasions and have made items to customers’ individual specifications. Semi-precious stones, pearls, crystals and decorative beads are used within my designs as well as more unusual components such as washers, nuts and bolts and light bulbs!

I have always been a perfectionist and pride myself on careful, quality workmanship with attention to detail and finish. All my work comes with a guarantee. In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty I will repair or remake the item. When you receive your jewellery, if there is anything not quite to your liking, get in touch with me and I will make whatever alterations are needed to make the piece to your satisfaction.

As well as making jewellery, I run classes for beginners. My lessons are on basic stringing and wire-working techniques that enable my students to create their own unique pieces.

I exhibit at Fairkytes Art Centre and sell my work at Craft Fairs. I am also happy to run a Jewellery Party and will give the hostess 10 percent commission on any sales.
