Gingerbread cookies using old Slovakian recipe and decorated to your wishes

I always loved cooking and baking since I was a little girl. However, my favourite of all are gingerbread cookies as I love their chewy texture and the decoration ideas have got no limits. I can make them for all kind of occasions, wether it is a babyshower, wedding, birthday or just to say a thank you. The recipe I use is slightly different to those traditional gingerbread man one as I am using a very old recipe used by my Slovakian grandmother.
