Beautiful Handmade Jewellery Using Mainly Semi Precious Gems

I have recently entered into the beautiful world of handmade jewellery using genuine semi precious gems, as well as basic stones and jewels. This originally came about when I challenged myself to ‘make a cocktail ring’ in support of MacMillan Cancer. The idea was to contribute £5 in order to receive a detailed tutorial and choose between 1 and 3 varied designs. I thoroughly enjoyed this little project so thought I would continue with the venture. Since making the initial ring I have grown, developed and learned a lot about the art of jewellery making. I focus mainly on wirework, but am also trying out new designs and materials all the time. Creating and bringing each individual piece to life is extremely therapeutic and rewarding.
