JS3DPrintLab

Designer-maker producing original 3D printed gifts, tools and repair parts using sustainable PLA.

JS3DPrintLab is an independent 3D printing studio based in Warrington. I design and produce original, small batch 3D printed products using plant based PLA. Everything is designed, printed and finished by me.

I am dyslexic and have cerebral palsy, and 3D design works particularly well with the way my brain processes information. I think visually and spatially, which allows me to approach problem solving creatively and develop practical, well considered designs. Living with cerebral palsy also gives me a strong interest in creating useful aids and adaptive tools that make day to day tasks easier, both for myself and for others.

My range includes functional home items, fidget toys, desk accessories, display stands, stitch markers, dragons, gifts and seasonal collections. I also design and produce custom pieces, assistive aids and replacement parts to help repair and extend the life of everyday items such as appliances, tools and hobby equipment.

Sustainability is important to me. I focus on durable, long life designs rather than disposable products, and any offcuts or misprints are reused or passed on to other makers for remanufacturing. Alongside ready made products, I offer bespoke design and prototyping services for individuals, small businesses and fellow traders who need signage, stall hardware or custom components.
