Hand-carved Woodcarvings and Bespoke walking sticks inspired by our British Countryside.

I create handmade walking sticks and wood carvings inspired by the beauty of British wildlife and the natural world. Each piece is carefully crafted using sustainably sourced wood, with every knot, curve, and grain helping to shape the final design.

I started Carved Countryside in 2024, after I completed a stick making course in Derbyshire UK. I created my first Mallard duck stick and completely fell in love with woodcarving and stick making, I have never put my tools down since.
I started to challenge myself with different animals, learning something new with every carve. I posted my sticks to social media and was able to get a few commissions for beloved pets which I had never before attempted. With constant practice I was able to create some challenging pieces that I am very proud of.
My journey is very much at its beginning but I have loved every second of it and am looking forward to creating many more carvings for you all !

My work ranges from practical, rustic walking sticks to detailed carvings featuring animals such as British game birds, foxes, owls, badgers, and deer. I also love creating bespoke walking sticks carved to resemble your beloved pets, creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes that are both personal and practical.
