As a painter and printmaker, I am inspired by maps, natural landscapes and the elements. .

My paintings explore the natural landscape using acrylic paint, found matter and mixed media. I create prints using etching, waterless lithography and mono-printing processes which emulate the experiences of walking in the Cotswolds, England and The Cairngorms, Scotland.

Maps are also an important part of my work. I create personalised watercolour maps which document important places for people, such as the location of their engagement, birthplace or a memorable holiday. The customer selects the colours, location and place names on the map and I work closely with them to ensure full satisfaction. Other personalised work includes wedding invitations, pet portraits and caricatures.
