We pride ourselves on sourcing the Qin-Chilli from the geographically protected region of Shaanxi, China, where the chilli has been cultivated for centuries. Each jar is crafted in small batches, following a 400-year-old traditional recipe, preserving the authenticity and heritage of Chinese cooking.
