Hello, I began my commercial life in fashion but after having children I decided that interior design was more my thing, and for the last 30 years or so, I have been painting furniture as a business.

I love sourcing interesting old pieces of furniture which I find in antique shops, charity shops, house clearance and salvage yards, as well as from friends who no longer have use of a piece.

I will paint in many different styles including hand painted designs, decoupage, gilding, faux effects and shabby chic - often incorporating different techniques within one piece. I lovingly turn something which no one wants into an unusual and interesting piece of furniture, and that has never stopped exciting me.
