My initial love as a boy was drawing birds and animals. From here it was a natural progression to drawing peoples pets and especially dogs. I still have this love of drawing nature but I also now have a love of Portraits and Landscapes especially.

I believe every artists brings their own unique abilities and feel to everything they create. However, I also believe that it is important to progress and grow by learning from other artists. With this in mind I have sought tuition from other artists who are considered experts in their field, namely Mike Sibley (dogs), Gary Hodges (animals), Kelvin Okafor (Hyper-realistic portraits) and Philip Edwards (Charcoal landscapes).
