Khalid is a Master Carpenter who has been making and designing beautiful bespoke furniture for over 15 years.

Khalid is a Master Carpenter who has been making and designing bespoke furniture for over 15 years. Khalid is passionate about crafting beautiful, well-made pieces that will last a lifetime and delight his customers. Originally from Mwanza, Tanzania, Khalid now lives with his family in Neston, Wiltshire, where he also has his workshop.

Originally trained at the Vocational Training Centre (VETA) in Shinyanga and Tabora, Tanzania, then in 2002 he went to join the Master Carpenter Justine Paul Kaulwile, who trained him to the highest standards. In 2007, Khalid started his own workshop in Mwanza and quickly established his workshop as the premier training ground in the region for developing talent in young apprentices while also developing a strong reputation for excellence in design and craftsmanship.
