I am a painter and print maker based in the north east of England. My art is inspired by the rural landscape.

I am an artist based in N.E England. My creative practice is inspired by the rural landscape surrounding my home and my observations of nature.
My original fine art images are made using a variety of medium. For example, watercolour on paper, Oil and cold wax on canvas or board and ink relief prints on handmade papers.
My paintings are of a traditional, representational style, based on observation. My aim is to be selective in my mark making and editing of detail, to suggest atmosphere.
My lino block print designs are inspired by the plants and animals I observe throughout the seasons.
